DISTRIBUTION & TRANSPORT
In order to fulfil our prompt delivery time targets, our fleet of delivery vehicles comprises a mix of modern 18 tonne vehicles and large delivery vans driven by experienced full-time drivers.
Our vehicles are all fitted with purpose-built pump-off systems and/or integral tail lifts, providing the flexibility to carry and deliver all pack sizes from 20 litre through 205 litre barrels, 1,000 litre intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) and bulk deliveries. We can also offer an express service and deliveries to less accessible parts of the UK using our experienced carrier partners.
We also work with a network of distributors, both in the UK and worldwide, to supply our wide range of lubricants and greases to you.

Equipment

Production
Our SAR Lubricants production facility uses dedicated blending vessels to manufacture specific product groups, avoiding the risk of cross contamination.
Our lubricants are blended under heat, and mechanically agitated to ensure a thorough blend which is then subject to our rigorous quality control procedures. Our products are formulated using high-quality base stocks and additives and are designed to meet the latest OEM requirements and industry standards.
As an independent blender, we can offer flexibility in volumes as well as being able to blend bespoke formulations, tailor-made for specific applications. We also offer a white-labelling service for our products.

SAR Cooltrak Fluid Management Services
At SAR Lubricants, we offer a comprehensive fluid management service designed to help our customers use and maintain products efficiently, economically and safely in compliance with HSE guidance for the use of metalworking fluids.
