SARCUT NEAT 25 CF
SARCUT NEAT 15CF is a low viscosity high performance neat cutting oil free of chlorine and sulphur but with a high proportion of lubricity additives and therefore is suitable for operations where no sulphur is required. Based on hydro-cracked base stocks the product has a high flash point and viscosity index with low levels of oxidation. The product gives an excellent surface finish on components whilst providing maximum flushing and cooling in the cutting zone.
Application
Use as received for applications requiring a low viscosity oil. Hydro-cracked base oil combined with high performance additives and esters give outstanding performance on operations requiring no sulphur in the formulation, i.e. for use on yellow and sensitive metals. Suitable for medium to heavy duty general machining, tapping, broaching and deep hole drilling operations
