SARCUT BIO is a chlorine and mineral oil free, biodegradable, high performance spray applied neat cutting oil based on vegetable derived esters. Being chlorine, mineral oil free and based on high quality ester it is fully biodegradable and has excellent operator acceptance. The products combination of viscosity, excellent lubricity and high performance ester provides maximum flushing action and superior surface finish that does not leave sticky residues

Application

Sarcut Bio is a medium viscosity neat oil designed for applications such as spray mist, total loss systems and sawing operations. Chlorine free, high performance neat cutting oil, use as received as an MQL for cutting medium to high tensile steel, yellow metals, aluminium alloys and stainless steel.
