SARCUT AST 10
SARCUT AST 10 is a low viscosity chlorine free neat cutting oil developed for use on ferrous materials across a wide range of machinery. Typical applications include general machining on bar autos and automatic machines, gun drilling, deep hole boring, broaching and thread cutting. This low viscosity neat cutting oil was developed for heavy duty machining of low to high tensile steels and titanium alloys across a wide range of machinery. The formulation combines specially selected active sulphur compounds and advanced lubricity esters, making it suitable for use on all types of ferrous materials. This low viscosity product ensures rapid penetration to the cutting tool / work piece zone to provide maximum flushing of swarf and chippings.
Application
Use as received for applications requiring a low viscosity oil. Applications include gun drilling, deep hole boring, broaching, sawing and thread cutting on all ferrous material. It is an excellent choice for use on CNC sliding head lathes where manufacturers require a flexible option for high performance machining with good lubrication and minimum product drag out. Due to the active sulphur content this product is not recommended for use on non ferrous materials.
