SUPERTEC DW 941 is a pale, low viscosity oil based barium free, penetrating rust preventive containing a specially formulated additive package which inhibits corrosion on ferrous and aluminium alloy components. Ideal for precision machined components and cold rolled strip where heavy protective films are not desired. Will penetrate, displace moisture and suppresses finger print corrosion. The light residual film acts as an aid to component assembly or as a light to medium duty press lubricant for metal strip. Product formulation is VOC free according to EU Regulation according to 1999/EC/13.

Application

General Protection: Use neat via brush, swab, spray, (conventional & electrostatic) or dip. Drain and store undercover.

Dip Tank: Place components in wire basket, soak in fluid. Drain and store.

Removal: Readily cleaned with alkaline and hydrocarbon solvent based products
