SARTEC 925
SARTEC 925
SARTEC 925 is an oil emulsifiable inhibitor suitable for protecting machined parts, it is also suitable as a protective coating for phosphated components.
Application
SARTEC 925 is supplied in a concentrated form, and an emulsion must be formed by pouring concentrate into water.
Stirring into warm water will ensure complete dispersion.
Typically used at 10% to 15% in water, although a higher concentration may be used to increase the degree of protection.
For best results use at between 400°C and 600°C as this will reduce the drying time. Use an alkaline cleaner to remove the film if necessary.
