SARCLIP BIO
SARCLIP BIO protection and penetrating oil is based on specially selected vegetable esters combined with corrosion inhibiting and moisture displacing properties for protection and coating of scaffolding joints and components. The product is fully biodegradable and offers improved conditions for operators when the product is applied by mist spray applicators.
The product quickly penetrates and removes rust, corrosion, grease and other contamination from all fittings and screw threads leaving a light film of corrosion protection without drying which enables easy storage and use of components when required.
Application
Sarclip Bio works immediately on contact and rapidly penetrate all seized parts. Components can either be immersed or the product can be easily applied via air mist and hand-held spray units without blocking or fouling equipment. The oil leaves a fine, protective coating to prevent further rust and corrosion and stops components seizing up again. Being able to control application via a spraying unit promotes economical use, reduces waste and incidents of over application to components.
N.B. Avoid long exposure to cold temperatures – it is recommended that SARCLIP BIO is stored at a minimum of 10°C to prevent solidification of the natural esters. If this does occur however, the product will recover to its original state if returned to a higher temperature environment as recommended.
