SARTEC 10 is a low viscosity rust preventative and water displacement fluid, which leaves a thin protective film.

SARTEC 30 is a medium viscosity rust preventative dewatering fluid which leaves a thin protective film. Formulated with a blend of corrosion inhibitors and waxes in a hydrocarbon base. Will give good indoor storage protection and some covered outdoor protection.

SARTEC 30 LS is a medium viscosity rust preventative dewatering fluid which leaves a thin protective film. Designed with a low-odour formulation for an enhanced working environment, it is a blend of corrosion inhibitors and waxes in a hydrocarbon base. SARTEC 40 is a medium to long term rust preventative, formulated with a blend of corrosion inhibitors and waxes in a hydrocarbon base which leaves a thin protective film giving excellent indoor storage protection, lasting up to twelve months and some covered outdoor protection.

SARTEC 606 is an oily corrosion preventive suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous materials giving outstanding protection for up to 12 months.

SARTEC 925 is an oil emulsifiable inhibitor suitable for protecting machined parts, it is also suitable as a protective coating for phosphated components.

SUPERTEC 10 is a light-bodied, solvent based, thin film water-displacing temporary corrosion preventative. Designed to offer inter-operation protection of ferrous and non- ferrous components. It may be used as a water displacing fluid following metalworking operations involving water-based fluids.Forms a thin light film for short term indoor rust inhibition and protection with excellent dewatering performance, ideal for the storage of components during inter shop processing and protection on tubes, pipes, coiled wire, drawn bar and most components. The product is easily removed by normal cleaning methods.

SUPERTEC 15 is medium to long term rust preventative which leaves a thin protective film giving excellent indoor storage protection and also for components stored covered outdoors.

SUPERTEC 20 is medium to long term rust preventative which leaves a thin protective film giving excellent indoor storage protection and also for components stored covered outdoors.

SUPERTEC 26 EXTRA is high quality rust preventative capable of offering excellentstorage protection of over 30 months indoor and 24 months outdoor. VOC free and formulated with a high flashpoint capability, making it suitable for application where components exhibit a high surface temperature.

SUPERTEC 93 EXTRA is a long term rust preventative which leave a thin protective film giving excellent indoor storage protection for over 30 months and outdoor of over 18 months. Also offers extensive protection for components stored outdoors, both covered and uncovered.

SUPERTEC DW 941 is a pale, low viscosity oil based barium free, penetrating rust preventive containing a specially formulated additive package which inhibits corrosion on ferrous and aluminium alloy components. Ideal for precision machined components and cold rolled strip where heavy protective films are not desired. Will penetrate, displace moisture and suppresses finger print corrosion. The light residual film acts as an aid to component assembly or as a light to medium duty press lubricant for metal strip. Product formulation is VOC free according to EU Regulation according to 1999/EC/13.

COUNTY DRAW 1254 is a neat drawing oil, blended with refined mineral and vegetable oils. Highly chlorinated for enhanced performance.

PRESSFORM 834 is a premium-quality, water-soluble metal-forming fluid.

This low to medium viscosity product ensures rapid penetration to the cutting tool and work piece zone to provide outstanding flushing of swarf and chippings. Due to the viscosity range of this product it can be used as a general lubrication oil where cross leakage can occur from other applications on the machine tool.

SARCUT NEAT 15CF is a low viscosity high performance neat cutting oil free of chlorine and sulphur but with a high proportion of lubricity additives and therefore is suitable for operations where no sulphur is required. Based on hydro-cracked base stocks the product has a high flash point and viscosity index with low levels of oxidation. The product gives an excellent surface finish on components whilst providing maximum flushing and cooling in the cutting zone.
