LUBREXEL LF

Application

Formulated as a low viscosity lubricant and designed to be applied neat (as supplied) to give optimum results.

Consistent, low co-efficient of friction can be achieved on most yarn types (spun or filament) from low applications of 1-2% in most cases.

If an aqueous emulsion is required for yarn finishing, LUBREXEL LF can be mixed easily with water, at rates of between 2:1 to 4:1, to produce a fluid emulsion. When using this method, the stock emulsion should be constantly stirred and friction levels checked on yarn after suitable drying period.

Benefits

LUBREXEL LF possesses good anti-static properties. The component raw materials are carefully chosen to be pleasant to use for machine operatives and to have minimal effect on machine parts such as metals and rubber or plastic seal components.

Because of the low viscosity it is economical to use and is readily removable from yarn to fabric.
