SARCUT DBS CF 10 is a low viscosity high performance chlorine free oil developed for difficult to severe machining operations on high tensile materials, stainless steels, forged steels etc. It is particularly suited to broaching, high speed machining and deep hole boring for narrow diameters and contains high levels of in active sulphur EP and lubricity additives to meet the demands of such operations. Application

Used as received for machining medium to high tensile steel, stainless steel alloys on a wide range of machinery. Typical applications include heavy duty broaching, high speed machining and deep hole boring. Due to the high level of active sulphur contained in the formulation this product is not suitable for use on yellows metals.
