SARCUT CASF 100 is an extreme pressure neat cutting oil blended from solvent refined mineral oil using selected additives, affording a high level of lubricity and EP performance.

Application

Recommended for heavy machining operations, particularly on hard to machine steel alloys. It is especially recommended for very heavy-duty operations where an excellent surface finish is of prime importance. Operations include heavy duty broaching, gear cutting, thread rolling, and other arduous machining operations. Provides excellent performance on all steels including high tensile, high alloy steels, and stainless. Due to the active sulphur content this product is not recommended for use on non ferrous materials.
