RED RUBBER GREASE
RED RUBBER GREASE
RED RUBBER GREASE is a premium quality, biodegradable, bentone thickened automotive grease for use in hydraulic systems, especially braking systems, where compatibility with natural, styrene butadiene (SBR) and other types of rubber seal is desirable. Due to the vegetable base oil, the grease is inherently resistant to hydrocarbon solvents, notably petrol and diesel.
Application
Can be applied manually, or by using a suitable applicator. As with all greases used for the first time, check compatibility with the grease applied previously and if necessary purge bearings prior to application. Likewise, as a general rule, take care not to over-lubricate and apply the quantity of grease recommended by the bearing manufacturer.
Benefits
- Fully biodegradable
- Resistant to solvents
- Good rubber compatibility
- Good corrosion protection
