SARFOOD 3H GREASE
SARFOOD 3H GREASE
SARFOOD 3H GREASE is a non-toxic, food grade product, designed for use primarily as a release agent (NSF 3H) on grills, ovens, loaf pans, chopping boards, butchery benches and other hard surfaces in direct contact with meat, poultry and other food products to prevent food adhering during processing. Formulated with the addition of anti-wear and other additives making it also suitable for all plain and anti-friction bearings as well as sliding surfaces.
Application
Can be applied by hand, or by using a standard grease gun (400 gm cartridges are available), or via a central lubricating system capable of pumping an NLGI No.1 grease. As with all greases used for the first time, check compatibility with the grease applied previously and if necessary purge bearings prior to application. Likewise, as a general rule, take care not to over-lubricate and apply the quantity of grease recommended by the bearing manufacturer.
Benefits
- Provides long term lubrication at high temperatures, extending lubrication intervals.
